Hotel Almenum offers an adapted apartment, with care services available upon request. Another apartment is suitable for people with allergies and/or respiratory problems.

In this way, we want to offer people who have difficulty walking and/or are dependent on a wheelchair or have allergies/asthma a carefree holiday in Harlingen.

For wheelchair-dependent guests, we have an easily accessible apartment with a spacious entrance, wide doors, an adapted bathroom with a height-adjustable sink, a spacious shower with grab rails, and a shower wheelchair (trippelaar).

We also have an electrically height-adjustable toilet and space for assistance. The bedroom has two senior beds with adjustable bases. The living room offers ample space.

Healthcare offerings

For those with allergies or asthma, we have an apartment with the following adjustments: The flooring is vinyl. All curtains and furniture are synthetic. The beds have synthetic duvets. Pets are not allowed in this apartment, and smoking is prohibited.

Please let us know in advance what care you require to ensure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible. We will work with your healthcare provider and Thuiszorg Kompas in Harlingen to arrange this for you as best as possible.
